Opogo, alongside partner Diana Osagie, are hosting a FREE Lunch & Learn webinar offering insightful and practical advice for those teachers and school leaders currently affected by the COVID-19 lockdown.As a woman in leadership, there is an unseen & unspoken dimension that you need to navigate because of your gender. A woman in leadership is an asset to any organisation and you need to see yourself as such. This webinar will help you address 5 key issues that affect your leadership journey, you will be better equipped, empowered and ready to deal with the curveballs of leadership.
Diana is a School Inspector, Consultant Head Teacher & Leadership Coach. With 16 years’ experience leading secondary education, including six years as a successful headteacher in a London secondary school; Diana works at the cutting edge of education and school improvement. A resilient school leader, skilled in urban leadership under challenging circumstances. She has a proven track record of developing school leaders via bespoke training programs and has established capability in mentoring and supporting school leaders facing challenging circumstances.
Successful leaders have someone in their corner who understands and has overcome similar challenges. We all need an advocate that’s what Diana becomes when you work together, an advocate for your leadership.
The Lunch & Learn workshops are part of Opogo’s Care Package offering whereby we support the education community with a series of relevant events and workshops aimed at upskilling and supporting you while at home.
