SUMMARY:Street Dancing With Andrea Rose Makes Fitness Fun
DESCRIPTION:Opogo has partnered with Andrea Rose Dance (ARD) to bring you dance classes that combine dance with fitness. \nOur second class is 45 minutes long and will combine fitness exercises with a street dance routine improving musicality\, coordination and having fun. \nThis is an interactive session so please wear comfortable clothing and trainers. \nAndrea Rose has been a professional dancer\, choreographer for the stars and qualified dance teacher for many years. ARD firmly believes dance provides a feel-good factor with immediate gratification\, as well as keeping you energised\, physically and mentally fit.
