DESCRIPTION:Opogo has partnered with Andrea Rose Dance (ARD) to bring you dance classes combining dance with fitness. \nThe class is 45 minutes and will combine fitness exercises with some traditional disco routines improving musicality\, coordination and having fun. \nAndrea Rose has been a professional dancer\, choreographer for the stars and qualified dance teacher for many years. ARD firmly believes dance provides a feel-good factor with immediate gratification\, as well as keeping you energised\, physically and mentally fit.
