Our main goal at AMP is to make our online classes and our gym a friendly place to train, but also a place where we can push you, challenge you, make you fitter than they’ve ever been and show you what can be achieved. The key to this is consistent training and great coaching and at AMP we strive to deliver on both counts.
The session is suitable for all levels and Amy will be teaching a dynamic flow and offering options within the poses. The class will start with a focus on pranayama (breathing), followed by a gentle warm up, the dynamic flow and then finishing with savasana (relaxation).
