Live HIIT Workout hosted by Niall from AMP

Our main goal at AMP is to make our online classes and our gym a friendly place to train, but also a place where we can push you, challenge you, make you fitter than they’ve ever been and show you what can be achieved. The key to this is consistent training and great coaching and at AMP we strive to deliver on both counts.

HIIT – Shorter workouts with a good warm-up followed by some faster and full body movements designed to make you fitter using only your bodyweight.re are typically 3 Blocks of work with the last one being the sweatiest!
