Our main goal at AMP is to make our online classes and our gym a friendly place to train, but also a place where we can push you, challenge you, make you fitter than they’ve ever been and show you what can be achieved. The key to this is consistent training and great coaching and at AMP we strive to deliver on both counts.
Bodyweight/Strength – This is our core programme. Focusing on fundamental and functional movements with well-balanced workouts that are designed to challenge you at your level of fitness. There are typically 3 Blocks of work with the last one being the sweatiest!
