School Business Management

Welcome to this course focussed on enhancing the business management within your school setting. The course is presented by Annette Southworth. Annette is a Senior Business Leader having worked in schools for over 20 years. She has experience across all key stages, several local authorities and the Arch Diocese of Liverpool. Prior to joining education, she worked in banking and finance, qualified as a Financial Consultant and went on to Manchester University securing qualifications in Advanced Administrative Management and Diplomas in School Business Management. Annette has many years of experience working within Leadership teams developing best practice, supporting Academy conversion and holding the post of Finance Director for the Arch Diocese of Liverpool Secondary School Improvement Trust.
