Have you ever thought about becoming a Catholic Headteacher? Have you looked at the application but talked yourself out of it? The question the North West Catholic Diocese Training Partnership would ask is:

‘If not you, who?’

Hear from serving and former leaders of Catholic schools and colleges. They share their stories of the moral purpose that drove them to apply. You will get an understanding of their emotions before they began and then, how they have enjoyed their role. Importantly, you will hear from the people they led/lead and what the headteacher or principal role means to them. These are views shared by both students and staff.

The mission of this partnership is to ‘…work together to provide relevant training and formation on matters of common interest, for the good of our members and our school communities, to promote effective Catholic education’.

Begin your journey by watching this introductory video and hear from the people already making a difference in Catholic schools from Plymouth to Penrith. Of course, the majority of leaders are North West based but the scope of Formatio is clear from this video.
